Premiers Emeritus: captured in cartoons

One of the most entertaining aspects of researching the role of former Prime Ministers is coming across the cartoons that have been published when they've intervened on issues.  A forthcoming post will feature some of those I've come across over the years.  For now below are two produced by Steve Bell about John Major's and Gordon Brown's interventions on Scottish independence.
